How to cancel Hims
Hims' cancellation steps, notice period and refund terms, from its own pages on October 23, 2026, and what you're still charged afterwards.
The steps
- In the Hims app, tap the profile icon at the top right and choose Subscriptions.
- Under your plan, choose Additional Options, then Manage Subscription.
- Choose Discontinue plan, then Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts.
- On the website the path is the same: log in, open the Subscriptions tab, click Manage next to the plan, then Additional Options, Manage subscription, Discontinue plan, Cancel Subscription.
- Notice needed
- At least 48 hours before your next order date
- After you cancel
- Canceling doesn't stop an order that is already processing or has shipped.
- Refunds
- Once the pharmacy has processed an order, Hims says it can't guarantee a refund.
- Instead of canceling
- You can move your next order date instead, or turn off auto-renewal under Subscriptions, Manage, Additional Options, Adjust my plan.
- How it bills
- Enclomiphene plans run 3, 5 or 10 months. The $99 price needs the 10-month plan, paid in full upfront.
Before you cancel
- Find the next charge date. Hims needs at least 48 hours before your next order date. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
- Check what you've prepaid. If you bought a multi-month plan, read the refund terms above before you assume the unused months come back.
- Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
- Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
