How to cancel PeterMD
PeterMD's cancellation steps, notice period and refund terms, from its own pages on October 23, 2026, and what you're still charged afterwards.
The steps
- Email PeterMD to cancel. Its policy says cancellation is by email; the address is on its contact page (getpetermd.com/contact-us).
- Send it at least 48 hours before the renewal processing date. Later requests aren't accepted for that renewal.

- After you cancel
- Auto-renewing plans keep charging until you cancel.
- Prepaid or multi-month plans
- The policy doesn't say what happens to the unused part of a prepaid 6- or 12-month plan.
- Refunds
- All purchases are final once medication is received. Damaged or defective items may be replaced, not refunded, if you email a photo and proof of purchase within 24 hours of delivery.
- How it bills
- The 6- and 12-month plans are billed upfront and can renew monthly after the term. The monthly plan charges two months at checkout ($278), then monthly.
Before you cancel
- Find the next charge date. PeterMD needs at least 48 hours before the renewal processing date. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
- Check what you've prepaid. The policy doesn't say what happens to the unused part of a prepaid 6- or 12-month plan.
- Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
- Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
