How to cancel Joi + Blokes
We couldn't read Joi + Blokes' cancellation terms on its own site, so this page doesn't give steps we can't stand behind.
Joi + Blokes keeps its help and account pages at joiandblokes.com/. Contact it in writing before your next billing date and keep the reply.
Before you cancel
- Find the next charge date. Joi + Blokes doesn't publish a notice period, so cancel well before it. A request after that date usually means one more cycle is billed.
- Check what you've prepaid. If you bought a multi-month plan, read the refund terms above before you assume the unused months come back.
- Save your records. Download your lab results and prescription details from the portal before your access ends.
- Watch the next statement. Make sure the membership and any medication subscription have both stopped.
