How much does online TRT cost in 2026?
What US telehealth testosterone programs charge, read from each provider's own pages, and what sits on top of the headline price.
Online testosterone programs in the US advertise monthly prices from about $79 to about $339. The headline number is rarely the whole bill. Some prices only apply if you prepay for a year, some leave out lab tests, and some are a membership with the medication billed separately.
The range, by provider
These are the lowest monthly prices each provider publishes for injectable testosterone, and what that price assumes. Every figure was read on the provider's own site.
| Provider | Lowest monthly price | What it assumes |
|---|---|---|
| PeterMD | $79 | 12 months prepaid ($948); $139 month to month |
| TMates | $83 | 12-month plan; $200 month to month |
| MangoRx | $99 | Month to month, labs included |
| Maximus | $99.99 | 6-month plan; $199.99 month to month; at-home test $99.99 extra |
| Henry Meds | $129 | Month to month, labs included |
| Feel30 | $149 | Month to month, plus a $99 first lab panel |
| Hone Health | $163 | Month to month, plus $65 and $25 for the first tests |
| GoodLife Health | $339 | Membership, with medication billed separately by the pharmacy |

What gets added on top
Four things move the real cost away from the advertised one.
- Plan length. The cheapest prices usually need a 6- or 12-month plan. Month-to-month prices from the same providers can be nearly double.
- Lab tests. Some providers include bloodwork in the monthly price; others charge for the first panel, the follow-ups, or both. See what bloodwork costs at each provider.
- Membership plus medication. A few programs charge a membership for the care and bill the medication separately, so the membership alone isn't the monthly cost.
- Upfront billing. A plan quoted per month may be charged in one payment at checkout. See which providers bill upfront.
What a first year costs
Adding the plan, the one-time fees and the lab costs over twelve months gives a fairer comparison than the monthly headline. Where a provider publishes enough to work it out, the index does that sum on its first-year cost page. For injectables, the published first-year totals currently run from $996 to $2,046.
Insurance and HSA/FSA
Most of these programs are cash-pay. A few accept insurance or say their fees can be paid from an HSA or FSA; the HSA/FSA page lists what each one says.
